Through the AICPA’s participation in a national pro bono financial planning assistance program, the Project for Financial Independence, the Pentagon has alerted us that many military personnel and their families are struggling with late tax filings.  

We encourage you to reach out to the military and reserve bases in your communities to offer assistance and possibly connect military to CPAs willing to provide volunteer guidance.
